All participants (authors or not) are required to register by filling in the following registration form.

Registration Information / Instructions for authors

For each accepted paper to be included in the Conference Programme, at least one author must be fully registered by 15th September 2014 (original deadline for the final submission of papers deliverance). Please note that only fully registered participants with accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Programme.

Please note that an author can only submit one paper as first author, and each paper must have a different author registered in the conference (one paper per author registered).

Registration fees

The conference fees (see table below) include access to all sessions, conference materials, conference proceedings, 4 coffee-breaks, 2 lunches, and also special discounts at recommended hotels (accommodation is not included). Please note that social day and gala dinner are also not included. The fee for students3 (attendance only) does not include meals.

Notes:

1 Authors should complete registration form no later than 30th September.

2 Student status proof required.

3 Only available for students of Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (IPC) (meals not included).

4 Does not include conference participation.

5 Conditioned to availability.

6 Optional but required upon registration: Special Portuguese cuisine dishes accompanied with Portuguese wines and/or beer and gala dinner with typical Portuguese music (Fado).

7 Optional but required upon registration: Full-day guided visit to Coimbra Old Town (World Heritage by Unesco).

Payments

Conference fees must be paid by bank transfer to “Coimbra College of Education”.

ATTENTION: Please do not forget to e-mail us a copy of the execution of the bank transfer along with your name and paper code. Please also note that the conference fee must be received in full, meaning that all bank charges are to be supported by the participants. Payments on site during the event will not be accepted.
